Tirupati Forge was incorporated under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 as ‘Tirupati Forge Private Limited’ in Gujarat vide Certificate of Incorporation issued by Registrar of Companies, Gujarat on August 17, 2012. Consequently, it was converted into a public limited company pursuant to shareholders resolution passed at Extra-ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on July 31, 2017 and the name of the Company was changed to ‘Tirupati Forge Limited’ and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon Conversion of Private Company to Public Limited dated August 11, 2017 was issued by Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Ahmedabad.

The company was incorporated in the year 2012 with focus to manufacturing mass quantity Carbon Steel Forged Flanges, Forged components and other automotive components. It gets itself equipped with the most modern CNC Machine Shop and full proof infrastructure required for the meticulous machining centre to be supported by quality assurance dept. Its forged flanges and forged components largely shipped to USA, European and African Countries. The company is equipped with the most modern forge shop and machining facilities available under one roof adhering to stringent quality control measure. The entire system is backed by proper documentation, traceability until the end product, with full proof checks required as per ISO regulations.

Business area of the company

The company is engaged in manufacturing of closed die forged products such as auto components, bearings, gears, and forged flanges made of mild steel, carbon steel, and stainless steel. The company has equipped forge shop with all supporting facilities such as in-house die shop, ring rolling machines, a CNC machine shop, CNC drilling machines, stamping machines, and an automated paint line.
