• Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, content marketing, email, and display advertising campaigns.

• Develop and monitor campaign budgets.

• Plan and manage our social media platforms.

• Review and optimize campaigns, ad groups, keywords, and company goals

• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience

• Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.

• Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.

• Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.

• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

• Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.

• Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Candidate must have a relevant work experience with 5-7 years in Digital Marketing.

• Candidate must have an experience in handling a team of 5-7 members.

• Must work and collaborate with the team members to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies

• Must have a good communication skills and team player.

Key Responsibilities Areas (KRA):

Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their financial goals and provide appropriate investment guidance.

Assist clients with opening and managing Demat accounts, handling transactions, and ensuring smooth execution of trades.

Stay updated on stock market developments and effectively communicate relevant insights to clients.

Resolve client queries and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.

Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or customer service, with a focus on the stock market. Strong knowledge of stock markets, trading platforms, and financial products (added advantage).

Candidates with good communication skills and Hindi language (to speak) is highly preferable.

Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Problem-solving attitude with a focus on client satisfaction.

Good understanding of KYC and account management processes.

Immediate joining will be highly preferable.

Key Responsibilities

·       Minimum 7 years of experience in the development and deployment of Flutter applications. Proficiency in Dart programming language and Material Design is essential.

·       Extensive expertise in Dart asynchronous programming (utilizing Futures and Streams), Flutter framework, and its architectural concepts.

·       Contribute as an individual developer in designing and implementing features and modules for Flutter hybrid applications on Android and iOS platforms.

·       Familiarity with native iOS/Android application development is advantageous.

·       Proficiency in UI/UX design principles and patterns is a plus.

·       Familiarity with version control tools like Git and experience with project management tools like Jira and Agile methodologies is beneficial.

·       Strong knowledge of API integration with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Flutter development.

Qualifications & Requirements

·       A bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology (B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA/MSC).

·       Proficiency in troubleshooting application issues and debugging complex codebases.

·       The ideal candidate should be technically adept in Flutter, with 7 years of hands-on experience, demonstrating the ability to develop high-quality applications collaboratively.

·       Immediate to one-month notice period is preferred for candidates joining the team.

·       L1 Interviews will be conducted exclusively in a virtual format and the L2 final round will be a F2F round.
