This option enables you to make instant payment with the help of back office and front office software. The payment reflects in the ledger within a maximum of 15 minutes.

We have around 44 banks (listed below) for this facility.

If your credit is not reflected in the trading account immediately after transfering funds from the instant payment gateway, you need to send us a screenshot of the debit statement of your registered bank account to helpdesk@enrichmoney.in.

We will coordinate with your bank and the payment gateway.

IMPS Payment


This is one of the most powerful and instant ways to transfer funds to a trading account. With the help of this transfer, the fund gets credited to the ledger within a maximum of 15 minutes. Contact our RMS team on rmsteam@enrichmoney.in, to get your credit limits. If the instant payment fails for any reason, you′ll need to wait for at least 24 hours for the funds to reflect in your trading/bank account.


NEFT Payment


NEFT (National Electronic Funds Transfer) is an alternative online payment option. The bank details to make payment are enlisted on the side. Add that account as payee in your registered bank account and you′ll be able to transfer funds to your trading account anytime. Cheque / DD Payment

Another payment mode to trading account is issuing of Cheque / DD Payment. In this case, payment gets credited to your ledger within 3 to 5 working days..


Note


Any irrelevant pay is transferred by the clients through an unregistered bank account, the amount shall be refunded in 5 to 7 working days. Further, a penalty of Rs.1000/- One thousand shall be levied. Refund process shall be initiated only after submission of relevant documents bank statement/ pass book copy etc.

Fund transfer from third parties account will not be accepted

Even if a fund is transferred from your account which is not registered with Enrich Money, it will not be accepted, you need to provide the credential and add the new bank account.(Our help desk team shall never ask for your personal credentials or password)

Cash dealing will never be entertained by Enrich Money under any circumstances as per SEBI norms

A welcome mail will be sent by Enrich money with all the account details MCX, NSE. If there is any mismatch you are expected to inform us immediately. Funds should be transferred only to those accounts for the relevant segment you are trading

In case of any changes in bank account number/Help desk contact number or any other correspondence Enrich Money will intimate the same to you.

Enrich Money will not be responsible for funds that are transferred to any other accounts apart from the accounts provided by Enrich Money.

Refund Policy


We aim to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for all our clients. If you believe a payment has been made in error or you need assistance with a transaction, you may contact our Customer Support team. Please provide relevant details such as your bank account information, transaction reference number, and any proof of payment issued by your bank.

Please note that once your Trading and Demat account is successfully opened, all future payments will be treated as credits to your trading account. These funds are not eligible for refunds. However, you are free to withdraw any available balance at your convenience by submitting a withdrawal request through our mobile app or web platform.
