1. Overview
This privacy policy of Enrich Financial Market Pvt Ltd, referred to as Enrich Money, applies to employees, stakeholders, branches, business associates including authorised persons and sub-brokers, and clients. This privacy statement is not intended to grant any party contractual or other legal rights.
Enrich Money does not collect personal information about individuals except when such individuals specifically provide that information voluntarily. The privacy and protection of the data you submit to us are of vital importance, and we are strongly committed to protecting your personal and financial information.
2. Information We Collect
Information you voluntarily provide may include your name, date of birth, residential and employment addresses, father or spouse name, bank account details, and scans or copies of document proofs such as PAN, Passport, Aadhaar, and photographs.
Enrich Money does not store your Aadhaar information. For providing services, regulatory requirements, and business needs, we may keep other information on file for as long as necessary.
3. Collection and Transfer of Data
We share information as part of normal business operations, such as providing services you subscribe to, activity related to those services, transaction processing, KYC processing, and regulatory reporting.
Personal, financial, or service-related information may be shared with SEBI, exchanges, government entities, regulatory bodies, and connected entities where required for KYC, transaction-related requests, or legal obligations. We protect shared information through confidentiality controls.
4. Your Data Choices
To enable us to serve you better, your personal information available with us must be updated and accurate. You can request updates by emailing Grievances@enrichmoney.in.
You may decline or revoke agreement to the sharing of personal data or information where applicable by contacting us.
5. Device and Location Information
While browsing our website, we may gather information about device, location, and IP address in order to provide better service. We may use this data for system administration, trend analysis, and page traffic analysis to better understand how users interact with the website. This data cannot and does not disclose your identity in any way.
7. Password Policy
As part of registration, a registered client may receive a user identification and password for authentication to access the site, system, and services. Passwords may include second-level or transaction-level passwords and may be required to meet requirements stipulated by exchanges, SEBI, other authorities, and Enrich Money.
You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. You must immediately change your password or notify Enrich Money in writing if you lose it, find a security issue, or suspect unauthorised access.
As per SEBI circular SEBI/HO/MIRSD/CIR/PB/2018/147 dated December 03, 2018, on Cyber Security and Cyber Resilience framework, we have enabled two-factor authentication as an additional layer of security.
8. Aadhaar Consent
For Aadhaar OVD based KYC, your KYC request shall be validated against Aadhaar details. You consent to sharing your masked Aadhaar card with readable QR code or your Aadhaar XML or Digilocker XML file, along with passcode where applicable, with KRA and other intermediaries with whom we have a business relationship for KYC purposes only.
9. Attention Investors
- Protect your account from unauthorised access and transactions.
- Provide your updated phone number and email address to your stock broker.
- Receive details of daily transactions directly from the exchange.
- Report suspected misuse or unauthorised disclosure as soon as possible.
10. Amendments Rights
Enrich Money reserves the right to change or update this Privacy Policy or any other policies or practices at any time. Changes will be notified by posting the updated Privacy Policy on this page and will be effective immediately upon posting.
