• 2017: Belmac made a remarkable contribution during a record-breaking event where the highest number of handprints were printed within a span of 8 hours. The record was achieved by Ink and Drink India in Maharashtra on April 8, 2017, with an impressive total of 4638 handprints.
• 2021: Belmac was awarded as Top Luxury Developer (1 crore - 3 crore) by the Pune Times Mirror Real Estate Icons 2021.

• 1982: The company was incorporated on April 15, 1982 as a Private Limited Company under the name of Supreme Holdings Private Limited.
• 1987: The company was acquired as a going concern by the JATIA group. 
• 1994: The company became a Public Limited Company. 
• 1995: The company entered the Capital market with its maiden public issue.
• 2011: The Jatia Hotels and Resorts and Royalways Trading & Investments Services amalgamated with the Company and the Company acquired their valuable assets. Subsequently, the Company name was finally titled Supreme Holdings & Hospitality (India) Ltd.
• 2015: Vision of Belmac Residences in Pune, the first township project.
• 2016-17: Belmac Residences is the first mega township on its profile launched in the year 2016 in New Kalyani Nagar, Pune. The success of Belmac Residences led to another mega township in New Panvel, named Belmac Riverside. The project was initiated in the year 2017 and has been developed rapidly since then.
• 2023-24: Belmac has always strived to deliver a quality product on time attaining its commitment and thus has delivered a round 1.5 million square feet of construction area which is home to over 500 families till now, comprehensively.
• 2024-25: It was a landmark year for Supreme Holdings, highlighted by its NSE listing in February 2025. The company acquired key land parcels in Panvel, including one for an upcoming flagship project. Its flagship developments, Belmac Residences and Belmac Riverside, were successfully completed and delivered, marking major milestones in its real estate journey.
