Soni Medicare Ltd. was incorporated in the name of Soni Hospitals Private Limited on August 2, 1988 with the Registrar of Companies, Rajasthan, Jaipur. On March 30, 1995 the name of the company was changed to Soni Medicare Private Limited. It was later converted into a public limited company with a special resolution passed in the Extraordinary General Meeting on April 3, 1995 and a fresh certificate of incorporation was obtained on the April 17, 1995. Consequently, the name of the company was changed to Soni Medicare Limited.

Soni Hospitals, A unit of Soni Medicare Ltd. was started as a 20-bedded Hospital in 1988 and was founded by Dr. B. R. Soni and inaugurated by Shri Hari Dev Joshi, Chief Minister, Rajasthan (1973 - 1977). In 1989 Soni Hospital became a 40 bedded hospital, then expanded to 80 beds. Finally in the year 1996 it got a status of a 100 bed Corporate Multi-specialty Hospital with prime and central location opp. Moti Doongri Ganesh Temple on main JLN Marg.

Soni Hospital got the prestigious NABH accreditation in the year 2013. It converted to a fully air conditioned hospital in 2014. In the year 2018, it was completely revamped to state of the art infrastructure with a new modern women’s health & well-being centre with the name of ‘Joy’ for mother & child wing.

Soni Hospital was the first Hospital to introduce Lithotripsy Machine in Rajasthan in the year 1988. It was the first hospital to do an IOL Implant cataract operation in Rajasthan in 1989. In 1992/93 it became the First hospital to have installed a CT scan & MRI machine. It was the first ISO certified hospital of Rajasthan from 2001 till 2008. It has been NABH accredited since 2013. The inauguration was done by Shri Bheron Singh Shekhawat, Chief Minister, Rajasthan (1990-1998).

Besides these, other Ultra-Modern Equipments like C-ARM, Colonoscope, Laproscopic Surgical Equipments, Wield Microscope, Phacoemulsification Machine and Laser Machine for Eye, ECG Machine, Spirometry Machine, Audiometry Machine, ENG Machine, CTMT Machine, 2D-ECHO Machine etc. were also added and with these facilities, it is now an Ultramodern Hi-Tech Corporate Hospital.
