'Par Drugs and Chemicals (PDCL), was originally incorporated as 'Par Drugs and Chemicals Private Limited' as a Private Limited Company under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of incorporation dated February 26, 1999. Subsequently, the company was converted into Public Limited Company pursuant to a special resolution passed by members in an Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on October 24, 2018. Consequently, the name of the company was changed to “Par Drugs and Chemicals Limited” vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated November 5, 2018, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad.

PDCL is engaged in the development and manufacture of Active Pharma Ingredients (APIs) for the domestic market as well as for exports to international markets. It currently produce various range of Antacid Molecules which are available in the market and are in great demand.
