In terms of Regulation 159 of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018, this renders the entire Promoter(s) Promoter Group ineligible to subscribe for the warrants proposed to be issued in terms of the intimation. A Board Meeting has been convened on Thursday, April 06, 2023 to consider the course of action. The proposed preferential issue of equity shares and warrants is therefore kept on hold pending a fresh decision of the Board on the matter. |
