Hisar Spinning Mills (HSML) was incorporated as a public limited company on April 10, 1992 with its registered office at village & P.O. Dabra, Hisar and obtained the certificate of commencement of business on 8th July 1992 from the Registrar of Companies, Delhi and Haryana at New Delhi.

The company has to installed three Open End machines with double sided frame with 224 Rotors each, totaling 672 rotors along with Ring Doublers for the manufacture of cotton yarn with an installed capacity of 2200 MT.

Hisar Spinning Mills has been promoted by Shamsher Singh Dabra, Ram Kumar Garg, Ajay Goel and Yoginder Mohan  Jindal. In 2007, Hisar Spinning Mills had appointed Gopal Krishan Gupta as Managing Director & Anurag Gupta as Executive Director with effect from February 1, 2007.
