Enrich Money does not collect personal information about individuals except when such individuals specifically provide such information voluntarily. Such information may include your name, date of birth, residence and employment addresses, father’s and spouses names, bank account details, scans/copies of document proofs such as PAN, Passport, Aadhaar, photograph etc. The privacy and protection of your data and information provided to us are of vital importance; we are strongly committed to protecting the personal and financial information that you submit to us. Enrich Money does not store your any Aadhaar information, however, for the purpose of providing you with our services, as well as for other regulatory and business needs, we may keep other information on file for as long as necessary.

We share information as part of normal business operations, such as providing you with any services you subscribe to, any activity related to these services, and informing you about these services.

Password Policy

As part of you the registration process the Registered Client will be entitled to a user identification comprising of any alphabetical/numerical combinations or an alphabetical and numerical combination “Client Code”) and to a password for the purpose of authentication (“Password”) to access the Site, System and the Services, as the case may be. The Password may include second level and / or transaction level passwords as well and would be required to meet such requirements as may be stipulated by the Exchanges and/or the Securities and Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”) and/or any other authority and Enrich Money, from time to time. The initial password is generated by the system itself, and the registered client will be informed of it.

You acknowledge that you are fully aware of the risks associated with availing of online services including the risk of misuse and unauthorized use of his Username and/or Password by a third party and agrees that you shall be fully liable and responsible for any unauthorized use and misuse of his Password and/or Username and also for any acts done by any person through Enrich Money’s Online Trading System on the Client’s Username in any manner whatsoever. The stock broker shall send the order/trade confirmation through SMS/Email to the client at his request. The client is aware that the order/ trade confirmation is also provided on the web portal. However, the Client must immediately change his password or notify Enrich Money in writing if he loses it, finds a security issue in the Stock Broker's IBT System, or suspects someone else has accessed his username, password, or account without authorization. The Client must provide full details of the unauthorized use, including the time, place, and details of the transactions carried out as a result of the unauthorized use. As per SEBI circular SEBI/HO/MIRSD/CIR/PB/2018/147 dated December 03, 2018, on Cyber Security & Cyber Resilience framework, we have enabled 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) is an additional layer of security that protects your account from unauthorized access. Keep the login and password you use for any of our services confidential to help us secure your privacy.

Aadhaar Consent

You are aware that for Aadhaar OVD based KYC, your KYC request shall be validated against Aadhaar details. You hereby consent to sharing your masked Aadhaar card with readable QR code or my Aadhaar XML/Digilocker XML file, along with passcode and as applicable, with KRA and other Intermediaries with whom we have a business relationship for KYC purposes only.
