Intensive Air Systems was incorporated on January 25, 1995 as a Limited Company under the Companies Act, 1956 and obtained the Certificate of Commencement of Business on February 8,1995. The company has taken over an existing profit making business of P.L Rao (promoter of the Company) which was carried on under the name and style of Environment Control Systems as a going concern.  The company has entered into agreement with P.L. Rao, Proprietor (present Managing Director of the Company) on March 1, 1995 in this regard.

The company has been performing poorly and in FY07, the company entered into a memorandum of understanding with Vayhan Air Controls for sale of land and assets of its factory located in the Medak district of Andhra Pradesh valued at Rs 8.5 million and sold it on Feb. 02, 2008.

Intensive Air Systems, a Hyderabad based company’s IT Division engaged in Software Development and Products comes has out with yet another innovative product, e-Catalogue, targeting at global e-Commerce companies, portals and other business enterprises. Using three-tier database model in which the profile of a company or product or system can be presented using multimedia operations including touch screen facilities.

The company is into manufacturing of High Efficiency backward curved centrifugal fans that are manufactured in technical collaboration with ruwu Hochleistungs Ventilatoren, Germany.The shares of Intensive Air Systems Ltd. are listed on Mumbai, Hyderabad and Chennai Stock Exchanges.
