The name of the company was subsequently changed to Ashiana Intercontinental Ltd and a fresh certificate of incorporation was obtained from the Registrar of Companies West Bengal on January 28, 1992. The name of the company was once again changed to Worldwide Leather Exports Ltd with effect from August 30, 1993 to represent its nature of business by its name. The company has been promoted by Sarvashri Om Prakash Gupta Anil Kumar Agarwal Anil Agarwal and Raj Kumar Modi.

The company deals in apparel, garments and fashion clothing & accessories, footwear, leather or suede clothing, shoe upper fabrics, fabric wholesalers, etc.

The company’s manufacuring facility, with a wok force of 200 people, is located in Haryana, India. It currenty exports 2,00,000 pairs per year of quality mens dress shoes to Europe, UAE and USA.
