With an eye on increasing business opportunities being offered by the textile industry, Winsome established a spinning unit at Baddi in Himachal Pradesh in 1980. Since then its textile ventures are :

• Winsome Textile Industries Ltd -- 50,000 spindles  and 9,500 kgs per day of fibre/yarn dyeing
• Winsome Yarns Ltd ( 100% EOU.) -- 50,000 Spindles

Winsome Yarn incorporated in 1987 is one of the largest producer of Melange Yarn in India, it produces Melange Yarn for circular knitting, socks, weaving and knitwear. Its count range is NE 10s to NE 80s both carded and combed, single & folded. It also offers Gassed Mercerised Melange.Winsome  yarn is one of Leading and ISO 9002 certified manufacturer exporter of raw white, Compact, melange and dyed yarn made of 100% cotton & cotton/ blends with viscose, polyester, modal, linen, wool, silk etc.

It has  most modern plant and machinery ( Rieter Setup ) with 2,00,000 spindles with capacity to produce about 150 tons of yarn per day and dye house to dye about 25 tons of fiber/yarn per day. The company is always trying to improve existing product quality and add new innovative products for esteemed customers. • Specialty Products: Yarn containing the fibers listed below can be produced in RW, Melange & Dyed also. Modal, Tencel, Bamboo, Excel, Linen, Pima, Giza, Organic, PLA(Ingeo), PVA, Zero Twist, Soya, Silk, Milk, Cashmere, Wool, Beltron, Bamboo Charcoal, Cozylon, Coolplus, Topcool, Recycled Polyester, Nylon, X-Stretch etc. Besides above the company executes all other possible inquiries in specialty products too as per customers demand and provide after sales support to the buyers like fabric processing guidelines, hang tags, certification etc.

Its forte -- one of the Largest Yarn/ Fiber Dyeing Facility in India Oeko-Tex certification for use of Azo free dyes .

GOTS cerification for organic cotton yarn, wide range of lot sizes from 4 Kg – 2000 Kgs in single Lot. iy also has Oeko-Tex certification for raw white, melange & dyed cellulosic fibers which include cotton, viscose, linen, & modal & GOTS Cerification.

All their spinning units of the company are equipped with latest machinery from Reiter, Lakshmi, Schlafhorst and Murata. Special stress has been given to minimise contamination, both at pre-spinning and post-spinning stages by adding machines like Vision Shield in Blow Room and Schlafhorst-338 with LOEPFE - 9001 (SIRO CLEANER) Contamination Control Channel at winding stage.

The dye house is a fully imported plant with precision winder from SSM, dyeing vessels from Cubotex, hydro extractor from Galvanin & R/F dryer from Stalam. They can develop any shade in Melange / package dyed / fiber dyed yarns here.
