Vuenow Infratech Limited was incorporated on September 27, 1993 under the name ‘Good Value Irrigation Limited’ in the State of Maharashtra under the Companies Act, 1956. The name of the Company was subsequently changed to 'Vuenow Infratech Limited' on May 10, 2023.

The company operates in the business of buying and selling data centers. Additionally, it is involved in operating and maintaining these data centers, as well as providing them on lease to clients.
