Vision Corporation Ltd (VCL) promoted by A.K.Mishra was originally incorporated on March 7, 1995 in the name and style of “Vision Paints Limited”, under the Companies Act, 1956 in the State of Maharashtra and Certificate of Commencement of Business was obtained on March 27, 1995. The name was subsequently changed to “Vision Corporation Limited” and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon the change of name was obtained from Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra on September 20, 2001.

VCL is presently engaged in the business of production and distribution of Feature Films and TV Serials.
