Inca Finlease was incorporated on March 1, 1994 as a private limited company with the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Bombay.  It was then converted into a Public Limited company in terms of the resolution passed in the extra ordinary general meeting (EGM) of the company held on May 28, 1994 and obtained fresh certificate upon conversion of the company from private limited to public limited from the registrar of companies, Maharashtra on July 8, 1994.

The company has proper and adequate system of internal controls to ensure that all assets are safeguarded and protected against loss from unauthorized use or disposition and that transactions are authorized, recorded and reported correctly.

The company has effective systems in place for achieving efficiency in operations, optimum and effective utilization of resources, monitoring thereof arid compliance with applicable laws.
