A decade after incorporation of 'VDCL', when Vipul P.Shah an enthusiastic & able young chemical engineer together with his father P.B.Shah, pursued the same successful course with a dynamism and foresignt that pave way to incredible growth. As growth continued over the years, a clear structuralization was needed and one after another subsidiary manufacturing plants were formed.

The very first company of 'Vipul' group of companies was started in the year 1968 to manufacture Napthols, Fast colour bases, Fast colour salts & Dyes ntermediates. VDCL is a public limited company listed on Mumbai, New Delhi and Ahmedabad stock exchanges.
