The company was originally incorporated as ‘Vinsys IT Services India Private Limited’ as a private limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated January 11, 2008 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Pune. Subsequently, pursuant to a special resolution passed by its Shareholders in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on May 10, 2023 the company was converted from a private limited company to public limited company and consequently, the name of the company was changed to ‘Vinsys IT Services India Limited’ and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated May 12, 2023 was issued to the company by the Registrar of Companies, Pune. 

Its Promoters have experience of many years in Digital Learning, Training and certification industry. Driven by the passion for building an integrated digital learning and affiliated IT solutions company, backed by their experience, its Promoters have been the pillars of the company's growth and have built a strong value system for the company. With their enriching experience and progressive thinking, it aims to continue to grow in the training and digital learning industry.

Incorporated in 2008, Vinsys IT Services India Limited is a part of Vinsys Group, headquartered in Pune, Maharashtra. • 2022: The Company has acquired 100% stake in company named ‘Vinsys Information Technology Consultants LLC’ at Abu Dhabi.
• 2022: The Company has acquired 100% stake in company named ‘Vinsys Information Technology Consultants’ at Dubai, which is wholly owned subsidiary company of ‘Vinsys Information Technology Consultants LLC’ at Abu Dhabi.
• 2023: The Company acquired 6,716 Class B Equity Shares in Vikvins Consultants Private Limited making it subsidiary of the company.
• 2023:  Conversion of the company from Private Limited to Public Limited Company.
