Vani Commercials (VCL) was set up in 1988. It is a Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC) registered with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and is listed on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), Guwahati Stock Exchange (GSE) and Uttar Pardesh Stock Exchange (UPSE).

The company takes pride in recognizing the fact that in a short period of time it has made significant disbursements fuelling the economy and help build enterprises. With a firm hold in the Wholesale Lending space, VCL has now forayed into lending to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME). Its presents product range includes – loans for Purchase of Equipment and Machinery, Working Capital loans, loans for Business or Capacity expansion, Term Loans against Property, loans for Purchase of Commercial Property, and Lease Rental Discounting.
