Vaghani Techno-Build, formerly known as Dhruv Makhan was incorporated in the year 1994. The registered office of the company is located at Vashi, Navi Mumbai.

Dhruv Makhan was incorporated with the objective of carrying out the business as manufacturers, traders, and dealers in all types of milk products and other milk preparations and related activities. The company completely stopped its main business operations of milk and dairy activities from June  01, 2005 as its management got changed and was taken over by Vaghani group of Mumbai. The Vaghani group is basically engaged in construction and real estate development, as well as establishing infrastructure projects.

Dhruv Makhan got delisted from Ahmadabad Stock Exchange with effect from June 07, 2007.

The main areas of business:-

The company is now in the business of constructing the agro parks, godowns and storage houses for the agro based products. It has also signed memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Gujarat Agro Industries Corporation (GAIC), a nodal agency for the government of Gujarat. According to the MoU, GAIC has agreed to extend all its constructive support in setting up the agro food processing park.
