United Interactive, earlier known as Neemtek Organic Products was originally incorporated on 22.09.1983 as a Public Limited Company in the name & style of 'Ishwar Textiles Limited' and subsequently the name of the Company was changed to 'Neemtek Organic Products Limited' vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated 21.10.2003. The Registered Office of the company is situated at Unit No.307, Solaris Premises II, Saki Vihar Road, Opp. L&T Gate No.6, Powai, Andheri (East), Mumbai400072.

The company was originally promoted by the Shanghai family with the objective of manufacturing and trading of textiles, fabrics, silks, yarns, threads, cottons, etc. It was involved in the import and export of garments. Due to the recession in the textile industry, ITL stopped the textile manufacturing activity and concentrated on trading. In the year 2001, the company started printing activities. In 2003, Inga Management and Investment (IMIPL) acquired 16.33% stake in the share capital of the company and further made an offer to the public and acquired another 20% equity. On completion of this process, IMIPL holds 36.33% of the equity of the company.

The company switched over to the business of marketing of agro based products such as neem oil, neem cake powder and pellets, etc. The name of the company was changed to the present one in the year 2003. In 2005-2006, the company established a neem extract plant in Tamil Nadu.

Sarayu Somaiya entered into Share Purchase Agreement on April 10, 2007 with the Neemtek Organic Products Limited, for the acquisition of 12, 78,530 fully paid up equity shares of Rs.10 each, representing 69.83% of the equity share capital of the company at a price of Rs. 10 per equity share, payable in cash.

On April 23, 2009, the company engaged in the business of neem-based and other organic products decided to restructure its business operations. In november 2009 Neemtek Organic Products announced that the name of the company has been changed from Neemtek Organic Products to United Interactive. The company amended its Memorandum of Association and has taken the approval of the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai.
