Subsequently, the company was converted into a public limited company vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 30, 2014 and consequently the name of the company was changed to ‘Ultracab (India) Limited’. The company is engaged in the manufacture and export of wires and cables in India. The company is working in this domain for more than 6 years.
