Tulasee Bio-Ethanol Ltd, earlier known as BEE-AM Chemicals was incorporated on 15.7.1988 as a Private  Limited Company, has now been converted into Public Limited Company by  passing speicial resolution at Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on  03.06.1993 and necessary change of name certificate consequent on  conversion obtained from Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra on 28th  June, 1993.  It has set-up a plant in first phase for manufacture of Mono Chloro Benzene (MCB), a basic chemical used in the manufacture of several intermediates and dye stuff products.

The company has been promoted by Shri. Bhogilal M.Shah, Shri. Umesh  Katre, Shri. Jayant K. chheda and Mukesh T. Shroff.

The company is having its registered office address at Plot No 41 / 3 & 41 / 5, Lohop Chowk Road, Village Lohop Taluka Khalapur Raigad, Maharashtra-410202 .
