The Company was originally incorporated on December 21, 1984 under the Companies Act, 1956 in the name and style of Triveni Enterprises Private limited. Thereafter, Triveni Enterprises Private limited having duly passed resolution on January 03, 1985 in terms of Section 21 of the Companies Act, 1956 that the name of the said company is this day changed to Triveni Enterprises limited.

Its product range includes both finished and unfinished fabrics, offered in almost all widths ranging from 36' to 120'. The company has been actively engaged in supplying fabrics to Local & Merchant exporters and fabric selling agents for various reputed textile mills across India. The company is also carry on the business of general order suppliers, contractors, Commission Agent and dealers in cotton, jute, cotton goods, jute goods, garments, yarn, synthetic goods, fibrous materials, building materials, office appliances, Domestic appliances, furnitures.
