Trident Texofab was incorporated on September 05, 2008 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 as 'Trident Texofab Private Limited' with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Havelli. Pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders of the Company at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on May 24, 2017, the Company's name was changed to 'Trident Texofab Limited'. A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name was issued on June 06, 2017 by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad.

The company's proficiency lies in understanding the specific requirement of its customers and based on which they place the order of their products to manufacturer having requisite manufacturing facilities. It supervise the entire manufacturing process including selection of yarn, weaving of cloth till dispatch of the goods to customers place, to assure product quality and customer satisfaction.
