The company was originally incorporated as ‘Transvoy Logistics India Private Limited’ as a Private Limited Company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated July 30, 2015, issued by the Assistant Registrar of Companies, Gujarat. Subsequently, the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company pursuant to shareholders resolution passed at Extra-ordinary General Meeting of Company held on June 13, 2022 and the name of the Company was changed to ‘Transvoy Logistics India Limited’. A fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon Conversion from Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company dated July 04, 2022 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad.

The company is engaged in the business of integrated logistics solutions. The company’s key expertise include NVOCC, Freight Forwarding, Custom Clearance, Transportation handlings locally as well as globally and Advisory on MEIS License Trading. The company primarily provides services to its clients’ countries namely India, China, Middle East, Sri Lanka, Singapore and Malaysia.
