Transpact Enterprises was incorporated as Transpact Enterprises Private Limited on May 12, 2013 under the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. The certificate of incorporation was issued on May 12, 2013 by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai at Maharashtra. Further the status of the Company was changed to public limited Company and the name of the company was changed to Transpact Enterprises Limited by a special resolution passed on April 10, 2019. A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to the change of name pursuant to the conversion into public limited company was granted to the Company on April 16, 2019, by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.

And, Transpact Enterprises holds a license to carry out the commercial activities of Vestibulator. It is a co-patented technology of the company and IRCC-IIT Bombay.
