All the biological products are basically conducive to the growth of microorganisms and their primary use is in the development and growth of microorganisms in clinical diagnosis, production of vaccines, antibiotics and antisera, antimicrobial susceptibility testing to antibiotics, checking the bacterial contamination in food & water samples in departments of microbiology and relevant fields of science in medical colleges/universities/industries and tissue culture laboratories.

The company has developed more than 1700 Dehydrated Culture Media, Media Bases, and special type of Peptones and Hydrolysates for vaccine production and other uses. Titan uses the basic raw material i.e. Meet, Bile, Liver Blood, Brain, Heart and other parts of the animals in its process procured from the slaughter houses and other vegetable products like soya and casein, etc. converting them into free flowing powder to produce peptones, extracts and hydrolysates which are further used in manufacturing of dehydrated culture media and as raw material in pharmaceutical, health products and other Industries.

Recently it has introduced a wide range of chromomeric / fluorogenic culture media that does not require any further identification tests. This time they are introducing a range of vegetable culture media, which are animal free and possess equivalent growth characteristics to the Culture media that use animal peptones.

Besides these biological products, it also has a range of laboratory chemicals, analytical reagents, stains and indicators and Readymade stain kits. These materials are used in laboratories to carry out various tests and research work.
