Tejas Cargo India Limited was incorporated as a private limited company in the name and style of ‘Tejas Cargo India Private Limited’ on March 26, 2021 with the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. Subsequently, the company was converted into a public limited company and the name of the company was changed from ‘Tejas Cargo India Private Limited’ to ‘Tejas Cargo India Limited’ and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated September 05, 2024 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.
