Nath seeds, part of Nath Group, was incorporated as private limited company. It was converted to public limited company in October 1987. Nath seeds is one of the largest seed companies in country. It is engaged in research and breeding, production processing and marketing of high quality hybrid seeds of different crops.
The company has reported net loss of Rs 2.36 crore in the quarter ended September 2011 as against net loss of Rs 2.94 crore during the previous quarter ended September 2010.
