The Company was originally incorporated as ‘Taylormade Solar Solutions Private Limited’ on July 28, 2010, as a private limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 with the Assistant Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Havelli. Subsequently, name of the Company was changed from ‘Taylormade Solar Solutions Private Limited’ to ‘Taylormade Renewables Private Limited’ pursuant to Shareholders resolution passed at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on November 23, 2017 and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued by Assistant Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad dated December 12, 2017. Consequently, the Company was converted to public limited Company pursuant to shareholders resolution passed at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on December 13, 2017 and the name of the Company was changed to ‘Taylormade Renewables Limited’. A fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion to public limited Company was issued by the Deputy Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, on December 21, 2017.

In their operating history of around 7 years they have been bestowed upon with award, recognition and appreciation towards their work in Renewable energy field and have received award from Government of India, Ministry of New and Renewable Energy for being an Active Channel Partner in installing single axis CST system. They are an ISO 9001-2008 certified Company which offers systems of high quality and reliability that intends to provide solutions to the customers for their various thermal energy needs at a reasonable cost.

Business area of the company

The company is primarily engaged in providing renewable energy solutions. Their specialization is in manufacturing of Solar Parabolic Concentrating Systems for steam generation used in steam cooking and other industrial application, director in-direct heating, including solar air-conditioning, and solar space heating, solar drying, solar waste water evaporation and many more applications requiring thermal energy. They are also the manufacturer of solar dish cooker, solar box cooker, solar dryer, biomass cook stoves and biomass gasfiers, air source heat pumps, solar thermic fluid cooking system, evacuated tube collectors with and without CPC reflector.
