Tamboli Capital was incorporated in 2008 with a view to carry on industrial business trade activities by investments in various ventures and projects by way of capital, loan, equity participation and financial assistance. The company operates as a subsidiary of Investment and Precision Castings.

Tamboli Castings (TCL) was formed in 2004 as an Export Oriented Unit. The factory, situated in Bhavnagar (GUJARAT) has a high degree of automation and state-of-the-art facilities to produce complex Investment Castings. TCL has in-house facilities for making complex ceramic cores, CNC Machining, thus enabling the company to supply fully machined and ready to use components at competitive prices. TCL has received various quality certifications from TUV NORD, Germany such as ISO 9001 : 2000, TS 16949 : 2002, ISO 14001 : 2004, OHSAS 18001 : 2007.
