Systematix  Corporate Service was originally incorporated on August 21,1 985 in the name and style of ‘Systematix Consultancy Services Private Limited’ under the Companies Act, 1956. Subsequently, the name was changed to ‘Systematix Consultancy Services Limited’ and received the Certificate of Change of Name from the Registrar of Companies, Madhya Pradesh on July 20.1993. Later on, the name of the company was further changed to the present name, ‘Systematix Corporate Services Limited’ and received the fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent on change of name from Registrar of Companies, Madhya Pradesh on December 21, 1993. It is the one of the companies among the group of Systematix. This group was found by C P Khandelwal. The equity shares of the company are listed on the BSE.

This group started initially started with financial consultancy and corporate advisory services to the SME segment through Systematix Corporate Services Ltd as its first company and since then has grown as a  strategically branched company providing different business units offering holistic finance and investment services to medium and large organizations in the domestic as well as international market.

SCSL is presently carrying on business of financial services. SCSL is a Category I Merchant Banker registered with SEBI. The company is providing services like merchant banking, corporate strategy planning, project finance, project promotion & implementation, corporate consultancy, project appraisal & evaluation and capital market strategies, etc.

The company came out with its maiden public Issue during the year 1994 through prospectus, to raise resources for enhancement in leasing and discounting activities.
