Syschem India was incorporated on December 31, 1993 as Anil Pesticides and obtained certificate of commencement of business on February 1, 1994. The company is promoted by Anil Nibber, Atul Nibber and Ajay Kumar Singla.

Anil Pesticides has taken effective steps for putting up a project for manufacturing pesticides' namely Monocrotophos (MCP) and Dichlorvos (DDVP). The project is being put up with equity participation of Haryana State Industrial Development Corporation, an undertaking of the Government of Haryana.
