The Company was originally incorporated as ‘Surani Steel Private Limited’ a Private Limited Company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated July 31, 2012 issued by the Registrar of Companies Gujarat, Dadra & Nagar Haveli. Further, the name of the Company was changed to ‘Surani Steel Tubes Private Limited’ pursuant to special resolution passed by shareholders of the Company in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on August 07, 2018 and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated August 13, 2018, was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmadabad. Subsequently, the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company pursuant to shareholders resolution passed at Extra-ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on August 29, 2018 and the name of the Company was changed to Surani Steel Tubes Limited and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon Conversion of Private Company to Public Limited September 12, 2018 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmadabad.

Business area of the Company:

Surani Steel Tubes, the venture of Vinayak Group, is engaged in the business of manufacturing of Electric Resistance Welding Mild Steel (ERW MS) Pipes (round pipes, square and rectangular hollow Sections) in various specifications, sizes ranging from 20NB to 100NB and also in the trading of Hot Rolled Coil (HR Coil) and HR slit coils. Its products have wide applications in varied industries like Architectural, Infrastructural, Industrial and Engineering Industry. It relies largely on its dealers to sell its products to its end consumers. As on March 31, 2018, it have entered into arrangements / understanding with over 300 dealers located across Gujarat to market and sell its products in Gujarat. The Company also generates the revenue from the sale of scraps. It is an ISO 9001: 2015 certified company for manufacturing and Supply of ERW pipes. It have also been granted the IS 4923:1997 and IS 1161:2014 Quality Standard License from Bureau of Indian Standards. The company strives to provide diversified range of products, manufactured at its manufacturing plant located at Dahegam, Gandhinagar in Gujarat on approximately 8,300 square meter of land having an installed capacity of 25000 MT per.annum.
