The company was initially incorporated in the year 1994 as ‘Shreeji Transport Services Private Limited’ under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956, with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra. On April 13, 2017 the Company changed its name to “Shreeji Translogistics Private Limited”. Subsequently, the status of their Company was changed to public limited company and the name of the Company was changed to Shreeji Translogistics Limited on July 13, 2017. A fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to the change of name was granted to their Company on August 10, 2017, by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Shreeji Translogistics is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company provides logistics and parcel delivery services in India. They offer various types of services which includes Full Truck Load Transport Services, Parcel and Part Truck Load Services/ less than Truck Load (LTL), Import- Export Services and Bonded Trucking Services. They own and operate a strong fleet of commercial vehicles consisting of 229 owned trucks and more than 500 outsourced trucks. They operate different types of trucks on the basis of design and size along with varying capacities. Their Container Trucks are used for transportation of parcels, while Platform Trucks are mainly used for import export containers, and also for transportation of heavy duty goods like automotive parts and machineries. They serve a broad range of industries, including the fast moving consumer goods (FMCG), white goods, food, textiles and apparel, furniture and fixture, pharmaceutical, plastics and metal. They have in-house preventive maintenance as well as annual maintenance contracts (AMC) with TATA Motors and Ashok Leyland for regular maintenance of the vehicles.
