RCL Retail was originally incorporated on September 29, 2010 in the State of Tamil Nadu in the name and style of ‘RCL Retail Private Limited’ and its name was changed to ‘RCL Retail Limited’ on April 05, 2011. The Registered Office of the Company is at No.55, Hunters Road, Ground Floor, Chennai 600 112 in the State of Tamil Nadu with effect from June 02, 2010. RCL Retail is trying to be more competitive in order to increase the turnover and make profits and is taking earnest efforts for expansion of business and establishing various outlets.

Business area of the company

The main objects of the company are that of carrying on Exclusive Retail Outlets of Agro Based Food Products, and Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG). The current line of business of the Company are trading of food products and processed foods, Bakery Products like Khari, Cookies, Dry Chappati (Khakra), Namkeen, Variety of Mouth Fresheners, Dry Amla, Suparies, Mango candy, ready to eat foods, and other consumable products.
