Shaival Reality is a reputed Gujarat based company having its presence in the construction industry and transportation sector since many decades. The company was incorporated as ‘Shaival Reality Private Limited’ under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide certificate of incorporation dated April 10, 1996, in Ahmedabad. Further, the company was converted into a public limited company vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated February 4, 2015 and consequently the name of the company was changed to Shaival Reality Limited.

Business area of the company

The company mainly operates in three basic divisions viz Transport, Construction and Renting. Now, it is looking forward towards a vast strategical expansion program which involves hiving off the Construction and Transport Division into two separate entities.
