Sattrix Information Security was originally incorporated as ‘Sattrix Information Security Technology Private Limited’ as a private limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated September 16, 2013, issued by the Assistant Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Subsequently, the company was converted into Public Limited Company pursuant to Shareholders resolution passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on October 30, 2023 and the name of the Company was changed to ‘Sattrix Information Security Technology Limited’ and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon Conversion of Company to Public Limited dated November 07, 2023 was issued by Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad.
