The name of the company was subsequently changed to ‘Bombay Polymers Limited’ and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent on change of name was obtained from Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra on January 1,1983. The company changed to its present name with effect from February 10, 2009.
