Sarthak Global was incorporated on April 19, 1985 and went public on May 29, 1995. Earlier known as Avanthi Finance, it acquired its present name with effect from September 16, 2002.

Registered as a share transfer agent from Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) since 1995, the company has successfully handled share transfer activities for various client companies and served more than 1,00,000 shareholders.
