Sarda Proteins was incorporated in 1991 for manufacturing and marketing of mustard oil. The company is based at Alwar in Rajasthan.

The company received certificate of commencement of Business on December 17, 1991. Later the company had acquired 18000 square metres in the industrial estate of Bhiwadi in Alwar district Rajasthan and started civil work on the same.

The company is having some associate companies namely, Sarda Agro Products, Sarda Oil Industries, Sarda Industrial Corporation, and Aura Infracons.

In the year 2008, company appointed Siddharth Sarda as whole time director of the Company for a period of 5 years with effect from August 01, 2008.
