Sampre Nutritions was incorporated on December 3, 1991 as a Public company.  Lately it was converted into a public limited company in 16 May 1994.  The company is engaged in the manufacture and sale of sugar-boiled candies and toffees.

The multi-locational facilities of the Group are equipped with APV Baker 4 bank Deposited Line, New generation imported Uni plast lines cut & wrap lines, Cooling equipment and Packing machines. Continuous investments in the latest technology for each of the product lines have ensured the highest global standards. Supporting quality and optimum productivity across the integrated network are world-class laboratories and a strong R&D. The R&D also provides a one-stop source for everything from development to delivery of products to exacting international standards.

The quality initiatives have credited the Group with many coveted citations viz., Pinnacle Awards by P&G, USA for Outstanding Quality Assurance Standards for 2 consecutive years, and the Golden Peacock National Quality Award in 1998 for Outstanding Quality Efforts in Small Sector Manufacturing.

The Rajiv Gandhi National Quality Award given by the Govt. of India and an ISO 9002 certification was topped by Sampre becoming the first confectionery Company in South East Asia to receive HACCP certification - the highest quality certification from BVQI –Netherlands for the Food industry.
