S. E. Power (SEPL) is a public company incorporated on August 11, 2010 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956. It was issued the Certificate of Commencement (COB) by the Registrar of Companies, NCT Delhi & Haryana on August 25, 2010, with Authorised and Paid-up Capital of the Company of Rs 40,61,00,000/- (Rupees Forty Crore Sixty One Lakh) only comprising 4,06,10,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each. With the philosophy to preserve the ecological cycle in harmony with industrialization by way of effective utilization of renewable resources and producing useful recycled materials, SEPOWER established state of the art for recycling facility by establishing a plant with the objective to offer recycled rubber in the form of rubber powder and recycled rubber sheet, to cater variety of applications to domestic and global customers.

Business area of the company

The company was formed with the objective of engaging in the business of producing, manufacturing, generating, supplying, distributing, transforming, converting, transmitting, processing, developing, storing, procuring all forms of power and energy and any such products and by- products derived from such business.

Subsidiary Company

The company owned 100% shares of M/s ShubhamElectrochem Limited (Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company). At the year ended 31st March, 2018, the turnover of M/s Shubham Electrochem Limited stood at Rs 10.36 lakh. During the reporting period Subsidiary Company reported profit after tax of Rs 3.09 lakh.
