The Company was originally incorporated as Salasar Exteriors And Contour Limited on March 09, 2018 as a Public limited company under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated March 09, 2018 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. Subsequently, the Company acquired the business of Proprietorship Concern of its Promoter Shreekishan Joshi viz. Salasar Exteriors through Business Succession Agreement dated July 12, 2018. Consequently Business of this proprietorship firm was merged into Salasar Exteriors And Contour Limited.

Salasar Exteriors and Contour is engaged in interior and exterior designing & execution work. The company has a wide service portfolio where it includes conceptual development, programming, construction management, space planning, execution as per planning, communicating with the teams of a project and research work. The Company follows a turn-key approach in a business where it is involved from the creation of the structure to completion of plans. It also takes care of the installation and other services like allied interior finishing, and furniture MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).

• March 09, 2018: Incorporation of the Company in the name style of Salasar Exteriors And Contour Limited.
• July 12, 2018: Entering into Business Succession Agreement for takeover of business along with the assets and liabilities of Salasar Exteriors, Sole Proprietary Concern of Shreekishan Joshi, Promoter of the Company.
• July 12, 2018: Increase in Authorised Share Capital of the Company from Rs 10,00,000 comprising of 1,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each to Rs 10,00,00,000 comprising of 1,00,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each.
