Sadhna Broadcast was incorporated on May 18, 1994 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Delhi and Haryana. Subsequently, the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name on conversion to Public Limited Company was issued on October 27, 1994. Later, fresh certificate of incorporation pursuant to change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi on June 03, 2014. The Company is currently listed with Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India and Bombay Stock Exchange.

The evolution of the Sadhna can be traced to its humble beginning in 1977 as a small advertising agency, from whence it has grown steadily to become a Media Powerhouse today. Apart from audio-visual programming and broadcasting, the group has varied business interests in the allied areas of Television Media, Advertising and Technology.
