Riba Textiles Limited was incorporated on January 4,1959 as a private limited by company & subsequently converted into public limited by passing special resolution on July 12,1994 and obtained fresh certificate of Incorporation on September 8,1994.The company has been promoted by Ravinder Garg & his family.

Riba Textiles, an 100% Export Oriented Terry Towels manufacturing unit is situated 100 Kms from New Delhi in the state of Haryana. Riba is an Government of India approved Star Export House. Our Current capacity is 10,000 Kg's per day and this is scheduled to double up during second half of '2006. The production unit covers 4 acres of land with an built up area of 10,000 square feet.

Riba is an fully integrated unit with a state of the art composite plant encompassing Dyeing. Weaving, and Finishing. The range of towels includes Yarn Dyed and as well as Piece Dyed towels with both single and double yarns in the pile. The major emphasis is on yarn dyed Double Jacquard Velour Beach and Bath Towels with fancy borders in Cotton, Viscose, and Polyester.
