Rander Corporation was incorporated as a public limited company on December 27, 1993 through a public issue to enable better services in construction business.

Shanti Construction which was founded in 1983 by Mr.Amarchand Rander was merged with Rander Corporation. The projects that were undertaken by Shanti Construction are Madhav Kripa (65 units), Keshav Dham (63 units), Shanti Ganga (30 units), Shanti Sarita (30 units), Shanti Sagar (15 units), Shanti Vihar (30 units), Shanti Sadan (30 units), Shanti Niketan (15 units), Geet Apartments (30 units), Sangeet Apartments (30 units), Raag Apartments (30 units) and Anuraag Apartments (15 units). Therefore all the projects of Shanti Construction were taken under the wings of Rander Corporation. 

The projects which were brought under Rander Corporation were Shanti Dhaam (36 units), Shanti Laxmi (36 units), Shanti Niwas (24 units) and Shanti Kripa (48 units).

Besides construction, the company is also involved in other different activities such as financing, share broking and investments.

Company’s registered office is located at Unit No. 35/B, Building No. 1, Ganjawala Shopping Centre, S. V. P. Road, Borivali (W), Mumbai - 400 092.

The company has undertaken 2 mega projects in Boisar Maharashtra at Keshav Nagar and Krishna Nagar.

In 2011 Rander Corporation Ltd. received import export license and diversifies its business by foraying into trading business.
