Radhagobind Commercial was incorporated on May 21, 1981, as ‘Tejmangal Commercial Company’ under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal and received the certificate of Commencement of Business on June 2, 1981. From July 15, 2013 the name of the company changed from Tejmangal Commercial Company to Radhagobind Commercial. The company is listed in Calcutta Stock Exchange.

The Business of the Company is that of trading in fabrics. The main source of revenue of the company comes from dealing in fabrication materials. The fabrication materials consists of embroidery fancy sarees, HL fabrics, textile dress materials the Company operates primarily in one business segment viz. trading in textile goods and ancillary activities in India. Also the company invests its surplus money in shares & securities.
