Anisha Impex was incorporated as ‘Anisha Impex Private Limited’ a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 pursuant to Certificate of Incorporation dated November 22, 1999 issued by the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi and Haryana. Subsequently, the company was converted into a public limited company and the name of the company was changed to ‘Anisha Impex Limited’ pursuant to a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated September 10, 2013 issued by the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi and Haryana.

Business area of the company

The company is currently engaged in the business of trading of fabrics. It is a multi-product fabric trading company and its range includes fabrics for bedding, windows dressing, decorative, pillows and accents, table linen, kitchen linen and other home furnishing fabrics. The company has a diverse product portfolio. It also participates in auctions carried out by authorised agents of customs and ports authorities to buy the confiscated textile materials auctioned by them. The company is able to get these textile materials at a cheaper rate from these auctions.

The company is currently serving the corporate and other clients from various spheres of textile industry. The company’s customers during FY 2013 include Alps Industries, Argon Denims, BBD Traders, Faishons Flasher India, Nagar Handloom amongst others.
